ORDERING

2.2 Product images, colours and descriptions are provided for illustration purposes. While we strive to display our sleepwear, loungewear and lingerie products accurately, actual colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting conditions and manufacturing variations.
2.3 After an order is placed, you will receive an order acknowledgement email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
2.4 A contract between you and Silky Charm is formed only when your order has been processed and dispatched.
2.5 Silky Charm reserves the right to reject or cancel any order where:
a) Products are unavailable;
b) Payment authorisation fails;
c) Fraudulent activity is suspected;
d) Pricing or product description errors occur; or
e) The customer does not satisfy eligibility requirements under these Terms.
2.6 We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased or refuse sales to resellers or distributors.

6.2 Due to hygiene reasons, certain sleepwear, lingerie and intimate apparel items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
