Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Silky Charm. We strive to ensure that every customer is delighted with their purchase. Please read our Exchange, Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

This policy applies only to purchases made through https://silkycharm.studio.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item received is defective due to a manufacturing fault.

  • The item received is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong item, colour, or size was sent by us.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • The item must be free from stains, perfumes, deodorant marks, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing selection, or personal preference.

Returns may only be approved if:

  • The item is defective.

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The item arrives damaged.

All approved returns must be sent back in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Lingerie

  • Intimate apparel

  • Sleepwear that has been worn, washed, or altered

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued when:

  • A replacement item is unavailable.

  • The returned item is confirmed to be defective.

  • We are unable to fulfil an approved exchange request.

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Approval Process

  2. Provide your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • For approved defective or incorrect items, Silky Charm will cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.

Abuse of Policy

To protect our customers and business, Silky Charm reserves the right to reject returns, exchanges, or refunds where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, excessive return activity, or where items are returned in a condition that does not comply with this policy.

Silky Charm reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
